    The soft part under your foot is printed right into the shoe. It is not a foam pad that goes flat after a month.

When will I get them?

We print your pair after you order, so there is a short wait before it goes out. That takes a week at most, and it is often faster. If a pair does not come out right, we print it again, and that can add a day or two.

What if something is wrong?

Write to us at support@youngsponge.shoes and tell us what happened. A real person reads it, and we will work it out with you.

How do I clean them?

However you want. You can just throw them in the washing machine or even just hose them down. Anything works. They are completely machine washable and you can run them through the dryer. Just avoid using boiling water as it can cause some damage to the shoes.

Stand up and measure your foot from your heel to your longest toe. Measure both feet and use the bigger number, then find it below. Those are foot lengths, not shoe lengths.
